Domestic Shipping (Japan Only)
Order Processing & Delivery
In-stock items:
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) will be shipped the same day.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 days after shipment.
Pre-order / Made-to-order items:
The estimated shipping date is stated on each product page.
Orders will generally be shipped within 2 weeks to up to 1 month after purchase.
Please note that delays may occur due to production or logistics circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you in advance and offer cancellation if necessary.
If an item is out of stock, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Method & Fees
Orders are shipped via courier service (Yamato Transport).

Honshu / Shikoku / Kyushu / Hokkaido: ¥750

Okinawa (including remote islands): ¥1,500
Free shipping within Japan for orders over ¥12,000 (tax included).
Returns (Domestic Orders)
Returns Due to Customer Preference
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

You contact us within 7 days after shipment using our designated method.

After contacting us, you promptly return the item to the address specified by us.

The item is not excluded from returns or exchanges.
Please note that the following costs are borne by the customer:

Returns Due to Defective or Faulty Items
If the item is defective, we will offer an exchange provided that:

You contact us within 7 days after shipment.

You return the item promptly to our designated address. (Return shipping will be covered by us.)

The item is not excluded from return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Items returned more than 8 days after shipment

Used or washed items

Items without original tags or packaging

Items with odors (e.g., tobacco, perfume)

Items damaged or stained by the customer

Items designated as non-returnable by our company
Please note that minor wrinkles, slight glue marks, paint inconsistencies, or distortions may occur during production or shipping. If deemed unavoidable, returns or exchanges may be declined.
Items That Do Not Meet Return Conditions
If a returned item does not meet our return policy, no refund will be issued.
Additionally, items sent to us without meeting the return conditions will not be returned to the customer and will be considered forfeited.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.

International orders are shipped via international courier service.
The shipping carrier varies depending on the destination country.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and size.

Estimated Delivery Time
International orders typically arrive within 5–16 business days after shipment.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local delivery conditions.

Please note that shipping availability may be suspended due to international conditions, customs regulations, or carrier circumstances.
Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates and regulations.
If an order is returned due to refusal, unpaid duties, or long-term absence, we will refund the order amount after deducting round-trip shipping fees and any incurred charges.
International Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases of defective or faulty items.
If the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us.
Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items (International)
The same non-returnable conditions listed above apply.
All international orders are shipped from Japan.
