Delivery Time

For regular items, orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) will be shipped on the same day.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–3 days after shipment.

For pre-order and made-to-order items, the estimated shipping time is specified on each product page. Orders are generally shipped within approximately 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month after purchase.

If delays occur due to production or logistics circumstances, we will notify you in advance and offer cancellation if necessary.
Out-of-stock items will generally be canceled and refunded.
Pre-order and made-to-order items are clearly indicated on the product page along with their estimated shipping date.

Consumption Tax

The consumption tax rate is 10%.

Shipping & Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via courier service.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–3 days after shipment.
Shipping is handled by Yamato Transport.

Shipping Fees

Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Hokkaido: ¥750 (tax included)
Okinawa (including remote islands): ¥1,500 (tax included)

Free shipping on orders of ¥12,000 (tax included) or more per order.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns Due to Customer Convenience

Returns due to customer preference are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The customer contacts us within 7 days after shipment using the method specified by our company.

  2. After contacting us, the product is promptly returned to the address specified by our company.

  3. The product is not classified as non-returnable under our return policy.

Please note that the following costs are borne by the customer:

  • Original shipping fee from our company to the customer

  • Return shipping fee from the customer to our company

  • Bank transfer fee for refunds


Returns Due to Defective or Faulty Products

If a product purchased from our company is defective or faulty, we will accept an exchange provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The customer contacts us within 7 days after shipment using the method specified by our company.

  2. After contacting us, the product is promptly returned to the address specified by our company (return shipping costs will be borne by our company).

  3. The product is not classified as non-returnable under our return policy.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  1. Items returned more than 8 days after shipment

  2. Used items (including washed items)

  3. Items without original tags or packaging

  4. Items with odors (e.g., tobacco, perfume) caused after delivery

  5. Items damaged or soiled after delivery

  6. Items designated by our company as non-returnable

Please note that returns or exchanges based on wrinkles, adhesive residue, minor paint misalignment, or slight distortion may be declined if deemed unavoidable during manufacturing or shipping.


Items That Do Not Meet Return Conditions

If a returned item does not meet the above return conditions, we will not issue a refund.
Furthermore, items sent to us that do not meet the return criteria will be considered abandoned by the customer, and ownership will be deemed relinquished. Such items will not be returned to the customer.
