Shipping Policy

Product delivery time:
For regular products, orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 days after shipping.
For pre-ordered and made-to-order items, the delivery time is specified individually on the product page, and items will be shipped within approximately 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month after your order.
*If there is a delay due to production conditions or logistics circumstances, we will contact you in advance and cancel the order if necessary.
As a general rule, if an item is out of stock, we will cancel your order and refund your money.
For made-to-order products and pre-order items, this fact and the expected shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping and delivery method:
We will deliver it by courier.
Delivery is expected to take 1 to 3 days from the time of shipment.
*Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.

Returns Policy:

If you wish to return a product for your own reasons, we will only accept the return of the product if all of the following conditions (1) to (3) are met.
(1) Contact us with the necessary information within seven days of the product being shipped using the method specified by us. (2) After contacting us as specified in the previous paragraph, promptly return the product to the address specified by us. (3) The product must not be one of the items that cannot be returned or exchanged as specified by our company. *Please note that the following costs will be borne by the customer.

[Returns due to product defects]
If a product purchased from us has a defect or malfunction, we will exchange the product if all of the following (1) and (2) are met.
(1) Contact us with the necessary information within seven days of the product being shipped using the method specified by us. (2) After contacting us as specified in the preceding paragraph, promptly return the product to the address specified by us (shipping costs will be borne by us).
(3) The product is not a product that cannot be returned or exchanged as specified by our company.

[Products that cannot be returned or exchanged]
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
① Items that have been shipped more than 8 days ago, regardless of the reason. ② Items that have been used (including items that have been washed).
③ Items without accessories such as product tags or packaging ④ Items that have acquired odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume while in the customer's possession ⑤ Items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession ⑥ Items that have been separately designated by our company as ineligible for return or exchange *Regarding returns or exchanges due to wrinkles, excess glue, misaligned paint, distortion, etc., we may refuse to accept the return or exchange if we determine that this was unavoidable in the manufacturing or delivery process.

[Regarding products that do not meet the return conditions]
Please note that if a product that does not meet the return conditions is received by us, we will not provide a refund to the customer, and we will consider that you have abandoned ownership of the product once it has been sent to us, and will not return it to you.
